It’s finally here today, my first release on the Searching For Dandelions label!
My “Scale 1” E.P. is the first in a series of releases showcasing my love for Techno based sounds and sonic experimentation.
“pH2″ is a 135 bpm roller with warm basses and fizzy synths topped off with some old skool dirty acid sounds. “pH3″ brings the bpm down to 130 for a dark, slightly wonky vibe providing some trippy sounds along the way. “pH4″ takes things up a notch with a faster groove at 138 bpm – it combines a rolling bassline with funky percussion and some seriously squeaky bleepy synths.
Hey everyone, it’s been a while since I posted (been busy working on tunes) so here are some tunes I like at the moment… maybe you’ll enjoy them too!
First up is a nice uplifting House style track from Shadow Child aka Dave Spoon (with some help from Doorly). “Climbin (Piano Weapon)” is a in a classic House style with modern production so hits all the right notes for the trends of today.
Now for all those (like me) who love the faster, harder, funkier beats here is Gem Stone’s latest DJ mix; packed full of energy it’s ideal to get people bouncing around for the weekend!
Next up is a couple of tunes from Riton which are typical of his kinda style (think decent slower Techno and Electro). The first track “I Am The Whisper” is a laid back deep sounding Techno track with some seriously tight production. The second track “Dance With Moi” is more Electro sounding with a very familiar vocal (Age of Love anyone?!). I like both equally so it’s a good release!
